About My Pilates - Classes and Pilates Instructor Course

The philosophy of Pilates is to strengthen you from the inside out. By using your own body weight, gravity and light resistance you strengthen the deep muscles that support and stabilise the joints for safe movement to occur. Pilates is a thinking personís workout, the more aware you are of your body, the better the workout. The hardest part is coordinating breath with movement, once you have accomplished that youíre on your way. At My Pilates you will learn all about your core and how it works, how to breathe and move effortlessly and most of all a better understanding and appreciation of your body.
